What should I do if an item is delivered damaged or defective?

Despite our careful packaging and shipping, it may occasionally happen that an item is delivered damaged or defective. We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact our customer service via email as soon as possible and state your order or packing slip number, together with one or more photos clearly showing the damage.

At Sidora we will respond or contact you no later than the next working day to discuss the complaint. We always strive for a suitable solution.

If you have any complaints about the condition of the product upon delivery, such as transport damage or a broken/damaged product, please let us know within 5 working days of delivery.

At Sidora we offer a full one-year product warranty as standard on every purchase.
